Our process provides you with a high quality painted finish which looks just like a real product or part. Unlike other rapid prototyping techniques such as SLS , SLA and FDM which normally arrive looking badly finished we strive to supply models which are both strong and realistic every time.

We adhere to strict confidentiality standards and are happy to sign a non disclosure agreement prior to commencement.

next day quotation, we will be able to give you an approximate estimate by phone when you describe the product and we will send you a written quote by email the next day.

price guarantee, we will match any UK mock-up price. If you receive a quotation from any other prototyping firm send a copy to us and we will equal it or beat it!

file formats, we prefer STEP or IGIS CAD files, for greater speed please send your solid model data in either of these formats.

from drawings, we can take your 2D drawings or design sketches and produce the 3D CAD model needed to make the prototype, allow an extra three days and your approval time for this service.

Please provide a colour release / specification for your design if you require graphics or painting

We require a pantone colour reference and vector graphics for the painting and silkscreen printing

Preferred file formats are AI or PDF drawings to scale

For silver or metallic paint please use a pantone metallic paint reference or simply specify light or dark silver

Typical delivery time is 10 days from quotation for previous customers or 10 days from deposit for new customers.

We deliver direct to your address via currier, we send you a photograph at the time of dispatch.

Please provide full address with contact number when you place your order.

We accept credit card payments and direct bank transfers, at the time of invoice we require a 30% deposit before starting the job.

We use email invoicing for the deposit, when you receive our quote simply click on the icon in the email and you can pay with Visa, Mastercard or Paypal.

Alternatively you can make a transfer directly to our bank account for immediate start.
